The site was clear and simple to figure out, and checkout was quick too. No issues at all, lol.

I was impressed with how much they had, honestly. I found a few things I’d been struggling to get anywhere else, which was a nice surprise. The site was easy enough to browse too, so I didn’t feel like I was wasting time. I’m not the only one who loves having loads of options, right?

I had to get in touch with steamandmoorland.com because I had a question about my order, and to be fair, they replied quickly. It wasn’t one of those generic copy-and-paste replies either, which I always appreciate, because sometimes customer service emails feel like they haven’t actually read what you asked. In this case, the answer made sense and actually addressed the thing I was trying to check.

The only reason I’d give 4 stars instead of 5 is that I did have to send one follow-up message before everything was fully sorted. It wasn’t a huge issue, and once I chased it up, they dealt with it fine, but that extra step is why I’m not going all the way to 5. Overall though, I’m happy enough with the service and wouldn’t have a problem ordering from them again.

I went in with a few basic questions, the staff just didn’t seem to know much. They kept hesitating and kind of guessing at the answers, which made me think, give me a break, if you’re working there you should at least know the products. It was hard to trust their advice, and overall it just wasn’t a great experience.

I just didn’t feel like it was worth the money. Too expensive for what you get. I expected more. Nothing was awful, really. Just not enough to justify the price. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless it got a lot cheaper.

The delivery was fine in the end, but wow, it felt like a tiny saga waiting for it to show up. It took longer than I expected, so I was a bit annoyed by the time it finally arrived.

But then I ended up waiting over a week for the refund to show, which made me feel kind of trapped because there wasn’t much I could do besides keep checking and waiting. Customer service did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could have been smoother.
